- Our services are self-pay only and JC Lactation Counseling does not take insurance at this time.
- A superbill suitable for submittal to your insurance for potential reimbursement can be provided after your visit. We cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Insurance Policy

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Prenatal Onboarding requires full payment. The "Register Here" buttons take you to a Stripe payment page. On the "Confirmation of payment" page, you will see a link to your intake form. You will also receive an email containing the link to your intake form. We ask that you fill out your intake form at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your remaining 50% balance is due before services can be rendered. 

Payment Policy

Balances must be paid before the start of our session or your appointment will be cancelled. Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before our scheduled appointment time

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before our appointment result in the forfeit of your deposit.
  • Reschedules must be requested as early as possible. At our discretion, you can have 5 calendar days to make a new appointment for reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice. If your appointment is not rescheduled within the above-stated time frame, you will forfeit your deposit. Deposits and fees paid for all provided services are non-refundable.

Get Acquainted Phone Call

$0 / 15 minutes

Note: Services, advice, and recommendations will not be rendered during this session.

This is a 15-minute phone call to "interview" each other and assess if I can help achieve your goals. This service is most appropriate for those:

  • Booking a prenatal onboarding session
  • Going back to work
  • Transitioning to formula
  • Purchasing packages

Limited to one session per person.

In-Person Consultation

$249 / 120 minutes

This session is most appropriate for new clients requiring immediate, hands-on breastfeeding/chestfeeding assistance and support.

We will:

  • Discuss your feeding concerns and breastfeeding goals
  • Work to solve your lactation challenges

At the conclusion of the consultation, you will receive:

  • A personalized care plan
  • A follow-up email or text message in the time frame specified in the care plan

$149 / 90 minutes

Ideal for new clients requiring immediate breastfeeding/chestfeeding assistance and consultation.

We will:

  • Address your feeding concerns and breastfeeding goals
  • Work to solve your lactation challenges

At the conclusion of the consultation, you will receive:

  • A personalized care plan
  • A follow-up email or text message in the time frame specified in the care plan

Prenatal Onboarding

$79 / 60 minutes

For expectant parents looking to establish a long-term relationship or those needing a personalized breastfeeding class.

This session will:

  • Prepare you for your breastfeeding journey
  • Address your infant feeding goals
  • Discuss normal newborn feeding behaviors and patterns
  • Explain how to establish a milk supply
  • Cover nursing positions, including proper latch techniques
  • Answer your questions and calm any fears about breastfeeding
